Chunks of fried chicken with mint and lime

INGREDIENTS for 4

400g Chicken Breast
400g of sparkling water
200g flour 00
1 liter of vegetable oil
1 lime
2 lemons
mint

METHOD:

Cut the chicken breast into pieces of about 2cm and marinate with lemon juice and mint leaves for 30 min.Preparare the batter by mixing the flour and sparkling water with a whisk.
Batter chicken, frying in sunflower oil at 180 ° C for about 3 min (depending on the size nibble) and drain. Season the chops with grated lime peel, salt and julienne of mint.

PRESENTATION:

Arrange the chicken pieces on a wooden chopping board with mint leaves. It is recommended to eat it with your hands !!
